Day 83
Ezekiel 22:14 NIV
"Will your courage endure or your hands be strong in the day I deal with you? I the Lord have spoken, and I will do it"
The Lord, through Ezekiel the prophet, pronounced judgment on Israel, because of their wickedness. In chapter 22:14, He challenged them on ability to resist His punishment. No matter how strong and powerful people may appear to be, they are no match for God. We wondered at the work of God as He split the "iron curtain" and destroyed the "Berlin Wall." Lenin and Marx and their followers seemed impossible to defeat. Those who carried on their form of government in Russia and Germany appeared as if they would get away with blasphemy against God and the abuse of His people as long as they pleased. However, as Lenin's statue lies in ruins, and pieces of the Berlin wall have become souvenirs, God has demonstrated once again that no one has the ability to resist Him.
When we are on a mission to fulfill God's plan and purpose, we should be bold and fearless. Anything that stands in our way will have no ability to resist the power of God. A psalmist said that because the Lord was on his side, he would not be afraid of what man could do to him. We can be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. We are more than conquerors through Jesus Christ.
I will move forward to fulfill the plans and purposes God for my life. No one will be able to withstand me, and nothing will be able to stop me.
